Is it free? Will it remain so?

Yes, for now the site is free. Michael does ask that you don’t terminate his mandates or send him rude e-mails but otherwise it’s free! Will it remain so? That will depend on the operational costs of the site and whether or not admin is kept to a minimum (which was not the case in the past).

Does it replace the JAA newsletter?

Yes and no. The JAA RAF newsletter will still exist, but will be sent out only on issues relevant to the JAA only. In other words, this does replace the advice, the news and various articles that the JAA RAF newsletter was known for.

Do I have to be a member of the JAA to get this newsletter?

No, you just have to be in good standing with Michael! This newsletter has nothing to do with any other legal organization.

I have a quick question, can I call you?

No, to keep costs down we have to keep the time factor down. We cannot take calls on the content of newsletters, the law or practice in general.

Can I send you information and case law?

Yes, of course you can!  [email protected]  is the address to send anything of interest to us at.
